What is Calm City?
We are a mobile meditation studio that brings the cushion to you via our 1976 RV turned into a modern, safe, and chill space. Calm City offers “curbside” and or on site meditation instruction for individuals and groups. The mobile studio accommodates up to nine meditators and offers audio-guided sessions led by certified meditation instructors. Our on site sessions can accommodate as many as your space allows.
Is the RV actually mobile?

Can I order Gift Cards?
Calm City provides 10 minute sessions every 15 minutes on the hour. We believe the amazing effects of meditation can be experienced in as little as 10 minutes, especially when a consistent practice is developed. If you book the truck or reserve an on site session with one of our teachers, Calm City can customize the experience to your needs. We encourage you to create standing weekly sessions with your office or team.

Can I book the truck for my event or service?
Our primary technique is mindfulness meditation, practiced on a comfy bench cushion. Mindfulness meditation is practiced sitting with eyes closed, cross-legged on a cushion, or on a chair, with the back straight. Attention is put on the movement of the abdomen when breathing in and out, or on the awareness of the breath as it goes in and out the nostrils. If one becomes distracted from the breath, one passively notices one's mind has wandered, in an accepting, non-judgmental way and one returns to focusing on breathing.
