Gently direct your attention to your breath, taking note of how it moves through your body. Notice your awareness of that awareness and where it comes from. Be the observer. Begin to visualize your mind or your conciseness as a deep ocean. Experience the expanse of the ocean. Notice whatever comes up without judgement or labels. Just observe.
