What is the mobile meditation studio and how does it work?
The mobile studio is a renovated RV transformed into a quiet, calming meditation space. It can be parked at workplaces, schools, events, and community spaces. Participants enter for guided sessions ranging from short meditations to full workshops. The studio is climate-controlled, clean, and designed for comfort and privacy.
Do I need any experience with meditation or mindfulness?
No experience is required. Calm City welcomes total beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. All classes are guided and accessible, and sessions can be tailored to meet participants at any level.
